In this collection, I share stories that take the reader from the banks of the Amazon river to the Balkans, frontlines of conflict to hostile environments closer to home, it's a collection that finds power in fragility, and force in the moments that make us stop and give thanks.

My short stories have been published widely online and in print. Publications include the Bath Flash Fiction Anthology, Lunate, Phare, New Flash Fiction Review, Craft Literary, among others.
I have been named in the top 50 British and Irish writers of Flash Fiction.
I have placed second in the Bath Flash Fiction Prize and been named among the Best British and Irish Flash Fiction Writers in their annual citation. I have also placed and been shortlisted in various other short-story prizes.
I have delivered various workshops on subjects ranging from writing for wellbeing, travel writing and life writing, hermit crab and flash fiction writing.
I am now working on a novel, with the working title of 'Moral Injury'

'Powerful writing as strong and inspiring as the writer. Hannah Storm's short stories about little moments reveal far bigger truths about a wider, often wicked world.'

'Storm's bold brilliant writing is international in scope, digging deep into our personal geographies, a fraught territory of experiences that connect us and make us human.'

'An unbeatable combination of courage and talent.' Vanessa Gebbie, award-winning author of 'The Coward's Tale', flash fiction writer and tutor
'Storm's vision here is aimed and searing as it is compassionate and wise.' Kathy Fish, award-winning writer, tutor and author of flash fiction collections
